Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that Craig Wilson, Non-Executive Chair, has resigned with immediate effect to pursue other business interests and Steve Coggins, a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as interim Non-Executive Chair.
The Synectics Board thanks Craig for his service and wishes him well.
