Director/PDMR Shareholding
Smiths News plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 5p shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility:
Deferred Bonus Plan - Exercise and Sale
Pursuant to the grant of nil cost options announced on 20 November 2020 under the Deferred Bonus Plan, the Participants named below have subsequently exercised such awards and sold the number of ordinary shares noted in the table below to cover the tax and NI liability levied on the transaction and retained the net number of shares as a result of the exercise of their respective award. Pursuant to the award, each Participant shall be subject to a dealing restriction over the net balance acquired for a period of two (2) years calculated from the Date of Grant (i.e. until 20 November 2022).
