NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR THEIR CONNECTED PERSONS
On 15 April 2025, the first tranche of an award of Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Senior plc ("the Company") granted to Silvia Schwark, the Company's Group HR Director and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), under the terms of the Senior plc Restricted Share Award Plan, was released.
The Company has been advised that some of the shares released to the PDMR were subsequently disposed of on 15 April 2025, as indicated below at a share price of £1.2808. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Only existing ordinary shares sourced via the Company's Employee Benefit Trust were used to satisfy these awards.
