DIRECTOR DECLARATION
Senior plc ("the Company") notes that David Squires, Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Mpac Group plc (and member of its Remuneration, Nomination and Audit Committees) with effect from 1 October 2025.
Mpac Group plc is listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.
There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph UKLR 6.4.9.
