Share Options Grants

Sulnox, the greentech company delivering lower fuel costs and emissions with zero capex, announces that it yesterday granted share options to certain directors, consultants and employees. A total of 2,962,500 options (the "Options") have been granted for ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), all with a 10-year life. The Options have been granted under an unapproved share option scheme and an EMI share option scheme and are within existing share allotment authorities.
The Options have been granted with an exercise price of 75 pence, the closing mid-market price of the Ordinary Shares on 12 December 2025.
