· Final settlement for file no. 2954/85/2018 regarding Presidential Ordinance for suspending OGMS Resolution no. 8 from July 6, 2018

Subject to the provisions of article 234 paragraph 1, letter l) of F.S.A Regulation no. 5/2018 regarding Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations, S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that, on April 12, 2019, at company's Correspondence Entry was received Alba Iulia Court of Appeal's Decision no. 86/2019. The Decision repealed the appeal made by Sindicatul Liber Romgaz Medias (Romgaz Medias Free Syndicate) in File no. 2954/85/2018.

Sindicatul Liber Romgaz Medias (Romgaz Medias Free Syndicate) appealed Ordinance no. 590/2018 by which Sibiu Court of Law declined his request of issuing a presidential ordinance for suspending S.N.G.N Romgaz S.A. OGMS Resolution no. 8/July 6, 2018 until the settlement of File no. 2843/85/2018 pending before Sibiu Court of Law.
