Subject to the provisions of article 234 paragraph 1, letter l) of F.S.A Regulation no. 5/2018 regarding Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations, S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that, on March 14, 2019, at company's Correspondence Entry was received Alba Iulia Court of Appeal's Decision no. 25/2019. The Decision repealed as unstamped the appeal made by Mr. Micu Radu Constantin in File no. 2051/85/2018. Mr. Micu Radu Constantin appealed Judgement no. 393/C/2018 by which Sibiu Court of Law declined his request of issuing a presidential ordinance for suspending S.N.G.N Romgaz S.A. OGMS Resolution no. 8/July 6, 2018.
