Subject to the provisions of article 234 paragraph 1, letter l) of F.S.A Regulation no. 5/2018 regarding Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations, S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that the request for appeal made by the applicant Sindicatul Liber Romgaz Medias was dismissed, according to Sibiu Court Ruling no. 210/cc/May 21, 2019, on grounds of lack of standing to bring proceedings.

The Ruling no. 210/cc/May 21, 2019 remained final, as the applicant Sindicatul Liber Romgaz Medias did not file for appeal within the legally provided term.

We remind that the event related to File no. 2843/85/2018 regarding "the establishment of absolute nullity of the provisions under Art. 1 of OGMS Resolution no. 8/July 6, 2018 and of the provisions under Art. 2-5 of the same Resolution" was subject of the Current Report published by S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. on January 21, 2019.
