Significant event to be reported:

· Receipt of the Quantitative and Qualitative Assessment Technical Report prepared pursuant to the technical and economic expertise of works performed under the investment project "Development of Iernut Power Plant by Building a New power plant with Combined Cycle Gas Turbine" (Technical Report)

In compliance with the provisions of Law No. 24/2017 and Article 234, paragraph 1, letter i) from F.S.A. Regulation No. 5/2018, S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs its shareholders and investors that it has received the Quantitative and Qualitative Assessment Technical Report prepared pursuant to the technical and economic expertise of works performed under the investment project "Development of Iernut Power Plant by Building a New power plant with Combined Cycle Gas Turbine" (Technical Report). The Technical Report was prepared pursunat to the technical and economical expertise referred to in the Current Report issued by S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. on April 2, 2021.

The findings of the Technical Report on work completion status are the followings:

i) less than 90% of works are completed;

ii) from a general point of view, approximately 80% of the "TURNKEY PROJECT" - (designing, execution, training, courses, etc.) investment is completed and

iii) in terms of work performance (as part of the investment), approximately 65 - 70% of the works have been completed, by specifying that the assessment took into consideration the remaining works as designed as well as the works for which there are no designs yet.

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. will submit the Technical Report to the Financing Authority, the Ministry of Energy for acknowledgment and to the contractor with whom S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. contracted the performance of works, the Consortium consisting from DURO FELGUERA S.A. and S.C. ROMELECTRO S.A., for consideration and to formulate objections, if the case may be.

We specify that, at the moment, the report is being analyzed by S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. To the extent that new data and information related to the execution and completion of the investment project should appear, we shall inform the shareholders and the investors accordingly.
