Significant event to be reported:

· Extension of the execution period of the works according to the Procurement Contract no. 40928/April 3, 2023 having as scope "Completion of works and commissioning of CTE Iernut by building a new combined cycle gas turbine power plant", with Duro Felguera S.A.

S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. informs its shareholders and investors that the execution period of the works, subject of the Procurement Contract no. 40928/April 3, 2023, is extended, in compliance with the contractual provisions, by 6 months.

Thus, the new term for the commissioning of the new combined-cycle thermoelectric power plant with gas turbines is June 2, 2025. The contractor shall complete all works by the end of their execution period, including:

a) passing the tests on completion of the works;

b) completion of all works and fulfillment of the obligations stipulated in the Contract, so that the works can be considered completed in order to be subject to reception upon completion of the works;

c) fulfillment of all contractual conditions related to the commissioning reception, with a view to its approval.

At the same time, we mention that the completion date of the investment, according to the National Investment Program (NIP), was extended by Government Decision no. 1489/2024 until June 30, 2025.

The signing of Procurement Contract no. 40928/April 3, 2023, having as scope "Completion of works and commissioning of CTE Iernut by building a new combined cycle gas turbine power plant", with Duro Felguera S.A. was the subject of the Current Report sent to the capital market on April 5, 2023 - IRIS Code: A9278 (Bucharest Stock Exchange) and RNS Number: 5222V (London Stock Exchange).
