A N N O U N C E M E N T

on the Publication of Preliminary Consolidated Report for 2021

S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that it will publish the 2021 Preliminary Consolidated Report on February 25, 2022and will organize a conference call on February 28, 2022, as follows:

Ø The 2021 Preliminary Consolidated Report (unaudited) will be available starting with 8:30 AM (Romania time) on February 25, 2022:

· on Bucharest Stock Exchange website, www.bvb.ro;

· on London Stock Exchange website, www.londonstockexchange.com;

· on the company's website, www.romgaz.ro, at Investors - Annual Reports - 2021.

· as a printed version, at the Company's headquarters, located in Medias, 4 C.I. Motas Square, Sibiu County.

The 2021 Preliminary Consolidated Annual Report is based on unaudited consolidated financial information prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards.

An updated presentation of ROMGAZ Group will be available starting with February 25, 2022, on www.romgaz.ro, at Investors - Summary Results and Presentations for Investors.

Ø The conference call with investors and financial analysts, to present and discuss the preliminary results, will be held on February 28, 2022 starting with 1:00 PM (Romania time). The conference call will be held in English.
