Sondrel (AIM: SND), a leading provider of ultra-complex chips for leading global technology brands, announces that on 26 April 2024, Oliver Jones, VP of Strategic Sales, purchased 121,498 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.112 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Oliver Jones is beneficially interested in 121,498 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
