Final dividend for the year ended 31 August 2022
Further to the announcement released on 10 November 2022 by WH Smith PLC (the 'Company') of its final results for the year ended 31 August 2022, the Company confirms that, subject to the approval of shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 18 January 2023, a final dividend of 9.1 pence per share will be paid on 26 January 2023 to shareholders on the Company's register of members at the close of business on 6 January 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 5 January 2023.
