The Board of Directors of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (KS005930, KS005935, SMSN, SMSD) ("SEC") on November 30, 2020 authorized the following contribution.
Contribution to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
- As a part of our partnership with the UNDP and engagement in the United Nation's effort to achieve
The Global Goals*, SEC will make a charitable contribution sourced from the proceeds of our user-
participation sustainability platform, Samsung Global Goals, and the matching fund.
* A set of 17 goals adopted at the UN General Assembly in September 2015 to achieve a sustainable future for all.
