Shareholding Notification

Ian Smith, a director and CEO of and major shareholder in MXC Capital Limited, through his personal SIPP, holds 8,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company. Following the placing of ordinary shares in Coms plc announced on 30 April 2012, this holding now represents 3.49 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital). Accordingly, in the light of his personal shareholding and the shareholding of MXC Capital Limited, Ian Smith is interested, directly and indirectly, in a total of 63,145,833 ordinary shares of 0.1p each representing 27.53 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
