SmartSpace Software plc, (AIM:SMRT) the leading provider of 'Integrated Space Management Software' for smart buildings and commercial spaces, is pleased to announce that it will be announcing its Final Results for the year ended 31 January 2020, on Tuesday 6 October 2020*.
As part of the Final Results investor activity, Frank Beechinor, CEO of SmartSpace and Bruce Morrison, CFO, will provide a live presentation relating to the Final Results via the 'Investor Meet Company' ("IMC") platform. The live presentation will be held on Tuesday 6 October @ 12.30pm (BST).
SmartSpace is committed to ensuring ongoing communication and transparency for all elements of its shareholder base, so that its strategy, business model and performance are clearly communicated and understood.
The online presentation through the IMC platform, is open to all existing and potential shareholders.
Questions can be submitted pre-event via the IMC dashboard or in real time during the presentation, via the "Ask a Question" function. SmartSpace will address all submitted questions within the confines of information already disclosed to the market through regulatory notifications. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the IMC platform.
