SAYE Share Scheme

RedstoneConnect Plc (AIM:REDS), a leading international provider of technology and services for smart buildings and commercial spaces, is pleased to announce that further employees have applied to join the Company's Save as You Earn ("SAYE") share scheme, the launch of which was announced on 11 November 2016.

An additional 25 employees have submitted applications to join the SAYE so as to subscribe for options over ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with an exercise price of 1.265 pence per share, being the same exercise price of the options on the launch of the SAYE share scheme. The options have a savings contract start date of 1 February 2017 and are exercisable between 31 January 2020 and 31 July 2020. 

Pursuant to the elections by 25 employees, a grant of 15,936,738 options over Ordinary Shares was made on 10 January 2017, equating to 0.97 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
