Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Coms plc (AIM: COMS.L), a leading provider of low-cost calls via broadband internet access in homes, offices and WiFi hotspots, has been informed of the following purchases of Ordinary 10p shares ("Ordinary Shares") by Directors of the Company: 

Mr Terry Martin, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares on 22 August 2008 at a price of 38p per share. Further, Mr Martin purchased 2,750 Ordinary Shares on 26 August 2008 at a price of 37p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Martin's beneficial holding in the Company totals 30,250 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.25 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Mr Andrew Branson, Chief Financial Officer, has purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares on 26 August 2008 at a price of 37p per share, resulting in a total holding of 10,000 Ordinary Shares, which holding represents approximately 0.08 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
