Coms, a leading provider of Infrastructure, Managed Services and Smart Buildings solutions, was notified on 1 September 2015 that Mark Braund, a non-executive director and CEO-designate, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 28 August 2015 at an average price of 4.5 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mark Braund is interested in 4,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.32 per cent. of Coms' issued share capital.
