Directorate Changes

COMS Plc, a provider of internet telephony services to business customers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Cook, a managing consultant to MXC Capital Limited, as a Non-Executive Director. COMS also announces that Justin Drummond has stepped down from the Board of COMS, as a Non-Executive Director, to focus on his other business interests.

Commenting on the changes, Richard Bennett, CEO, stated: 'I am very pleased to welcome Paul Cook to the Board of COMS. His knowledge and experience will be a valuable asset to the Group as we continue to develop the business.'

'Paul has over 25 years' experience in VoIP, Telecoms, Media and Technology Market Places. Paul's experience includes senior Sales and Management positions with IBM, GE Capital, Kingston Communications and Fusion AI Partners. Paul will become MXC Capital's nominated director on the COMS Board, supporting the Group in both its strategic development and in various M&A activities'.

'I would also like to take this opportunity, on behalf of the Board, to thank Justin Drummond, who is stepping down from the Board, for all his work and contributions over the years to the Company and wish him every continued success in his other ventures'.
