Coms plc (AIM:COMS) a leading provider of Infrastructure and Smart Buildings solutions today announces it has approved the exercise and conversion of 5,000,000 warrants at 0.75p per warrant into new ordinary shares.
Application has been made for 5,000,000 new ordinary 0.1p shares to be admitted to AIM and admission is expected to take place on 21 January 2016.
The New Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants will rank pari passu with the existing Coms ordinary shares. Following allotment of the New Ordinary Shares, Coms will have in issue 1,394,532,799 ordinary shares. Coms hold no shares in Treasury therefore this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
