Directors' Shareholdings
On 8 April 2024, the following Directors were granted awards under the rules of the Smiths Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan ('Awards'), and in accordance with Smiths Directors' Remuneration Policy. The Awards were granted as conditional share awards over ordinary shares of 37.5 pence each in the Company ('Shares') as set out below:
