In accordance with Stanley Black & Decker, Inc.'s Corporate Governance Guidelines, Sir George Buckley will retire as Chairman and from the Board of Directors of Stanley Black & Decker Inc. with effect from 22 April 2022.
There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13(1) or LR9.6.14(1).
