Appointment of New Director
Standard Life UK Smaller Companies Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Ashton Bradbury as an independent non-executive Director, with effect from 2 July 2018.
Mr Bradbury has extensive experience of running and growing smaller companies funds and investment teams. Until 2014, he was a fund manager with Old Mutual Global Investors Limited where he established its Small and Mid-Cap equities team.
He is currently a non-executive Director of The Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 1 plc.
Mr Bradbury holds a BSc Honours Degree in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University of Technology.
As at the date of this announcement, Mr Bradbury has no beneficial interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.
There are no other disclosures required under Section 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
