21 April 2006 SILENTPOINT PLC ("Silentpoint" or "the Company") Directors' shareholding The Company announces that it was notified yesterday that Haresh Kanabar,chairman of the Company, purchased on 20 April 2006 337,500 ordinary shares of2p each at 8p per share, representing 1.99 per cent. of the issued sharecapital of the Company. Mr Kanabar now holds 662,500 ordinary shares inSilentpoint representing 3.90 per cent. of the issued share capital of theCompany.In addition Smit Berry, chief executive of the Company, also purchasedyesterday 150,000 ordinary shares of 2p each at 8p per share, representing 0.88per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
