Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities
Sylvania (AIM: SLP) announces that it was notified on 30 June 2022 that on 30 June 2022 Eileen Carr, Non-Executive Director, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of $0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 89.35 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Eileen Carr's shareholding in the Company totals 70,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.026% of the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
