16 October 2007 SILENTPOINT PLC ("Silentpoint" or "the Company") Director's shareholding
The Company announces that it has been notified that Haresh Kanabar, chairman of the Company, today purchased 340,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the company ("Shares") at 4p per Share, equivalent to 2.13 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Mr Kanabar now holds 1,726,070 Shares in Silentpoint, equivalent to 10.84 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
The Company has also been notified that Smit Berry, chief-executive, today purchased 200,000 Shares at 4p per Share, equivalent to 1.26 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. Mr Berry now holds 4,107,144 Shares in Silentpoint, equivalent to 25.78 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
In addition, the Company has been notified today that Mr Richard Hoy has a beneficial interest in 510,000 Shares, equivalent to 3.20 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
