Skillcast Group plc (AIM: SKL), the provider of content and technology for digital compliance transformation, has been notified by Richard Steele, Chief Financial Officer, that Actual Experience plc, a company of which he is a Non-Executive Director, has appointed administrators with effect from 7 November 2023.
This announcement is made in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
