Change in Substantial Shareholding
The Company announces that it was informed on 23 July 2014 that Kevin Dale has transferred his interest in 292,405,798 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to Neil Graham Barden in an off-market transaction (the "Transfer"). Mr Barden will hold his interest in the Company through SmartePay Limited.
Following the Transfer, the disclosed shareholdings in the Company will be as follows:
