Retirement of Director
As previously disclosed in the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 July 2024 for Schroder Japan Trust plc (the "Company"), Alan Gibbs did not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting held today and retired as a Director of the Company, in accordance with the Board's succession planning arrangements.
Alan served on the Board for nine years. His experience and wise counsel, as well as his commitment and dedication to the Company's success, were invaluable and the Board wishes him well.
