The 600 Group Plc ("the Group" or "the Company"), the machine tools and laser marking company, announces the award of 173,061 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 12.25p per share to Nigel Rogers, Chief Executive, and 62,734 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 12.25p per share to Neil Carrick as part of their annual performance related bonus entitlement for the year ended 30 March 2013. Application will be made for the shares to be admitted to AIM and is expected to occur on 3 July 2013.

Following the award, Mr Rogers is interested in a total of 1,209,728 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.43% of the enlarged total voting rights, and Mr Carrick is interested in 62,734 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.07% of the enlarged total voting rights.

Following Admission these new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue including the right to receive all dividends and other distributions declared. The Company's total issued and voting share capital will comprise 84,491,886 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, securities of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
