THE 600 Group PLC (the 'Company') 

2008 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting at 12 noon on 24th October 2008 at 600 Centre, Motorway Trading Estate, Gelders Hall Road, Shepshed, Loughborough.

Copies of each of the following documents were posted to the Company's shareholders on 12th September 2008:

1. the Annual Report and Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended 29th March 2008;

2. the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company; and

3. the form of proxy for use at the Annual General Meeting.

Copies of the above documents were also submitted to the UK Listing Authority on 12th September 2008 and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility located at:
