The Company notifies that, further to the Exercise of Options announcement dated 21 May 2018, Ian Houghton, Commercial Director of the Company, has sold 81,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 77 pence per Ordinary Share in order to satisfy the associated tax liability.
