("SimiGon" or the "Company") First Day of Dealings 2 November 2006: SimiGon, a developer and international supplier of e-learningsimulation software, announces that the Company's shares have been admittedtoday to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London StockExchange plc ("AIM"). The Company's trading symbol is "SIM". 6,076,811 new ordinary shares have been allocated to institutional investors ata price of 88 pence per share (the "Placing Price"), raising approximatelyUS$10.0m (£5.3m) for the Company before expenses.
