Total Voting Rights
Symphony International Holdings Limited ("Symphony" or the "Company") (LSE: SIHL) announces that as at 30 June 2014 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 523,557,998 ordinary shares of no par value. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 523,557,998. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
The figure of 523,557,998 may be used by shareholders and others with notification obligations as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
