Symphony International Holdings Limited ("Symphony" or the "Company") (LSE: SIHL) announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 621,902 ordinary shares of no par value to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, result from an exercise of options that were issued to Symphony Investment Managers Limited as part of the contractual arrangements.

It is expected that admission will occur on 30 June 2017.
