Notification and public disclosure of Exercise of Restricted Share Plan Awards by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons
Exercise of 2020 Restricted Share Plan ("RSP") Awards
SIG plc announces that on 1 December 2023 Ian Ashton, Chief Financial Officer, exercised nil cost options (the Options) under the RSP to acquire 1,250,000 shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company (Shares). 587,564 Shares were sold on 1 December 2023 to realise funds to settle income tax and national insurance obligations arising on exercise of the Options. The balance of 662,436 Shares were retained by him and are subject to a holding period of two years under the RSP rules and the Directors' Remuneration Policy.
This announcement and the following disclosures are made in accordance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
