Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons
The Company announces that it has been notified that Chief Financial Officer, Simon Kesterton, purchased 59,565 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 4 June 2026. Prior to this transaction, Simon had a beneficial interest in SIG of 2,163,517 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Simon's beneficial interest is now 2,223,082 ordinary shares in SIG.
This announcement and the following disclosures are made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
