Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons
The Company announces that it was notified on 8 April 2025 that Non-Executive Director, Mr Simon King, had on 8 April 2025 purchased 89,819 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. In addition the Company was notified on the same day that Mrs Amanda King, wife of Non-Executive Director, Mr King, had on 8 April 2025 purchased 131,906 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
Prior to this transaction, Mr King had a beneficial interest in SIG of 166,666 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Mr King's beneficial interest is now 388,391 ordinary shares in SIG.
This announcement and the following disclosures are made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
