Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons
The Company announces that it was notified on 7 March 2025 that Non-Executive Director, Mr Alan Lovell, had on 5 March 2025 purchased 170,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction, Mr Lovell had a beneficial interest in SIG of 330,000 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Mr Lovell's beneficial interest is now 500,000 ordinary shares in SIG.
This announcement and the following disclosures are made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
