Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company has been notified that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") have subscribed for New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Directors and Senior Management Subscription announced on 19 June 2020 and, following Admission on 10 July 2020, have had the shares issued to them. The attached notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, give further detail.
Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as set out in the combined circular and prospectus dated 19 June 2020 published in connection with the Capital Raise (the "Prospectus").
