The Company announces that its Non-Executive Director Cyrille Ragoucy, who is Non-Executive Chairman of Balta Group NV, has, whilst remaining Chairman of the Board, been appointed interim CEO of Balta Group NV with effect from 27 August 2018, with such appointment to continue until the search for a new CEO for Balta Group NV is completed.
This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
