Director/PDMR shareholding
The following transactions were undertaken on 12 December 2022 by directors of the Company in the Deferred Annual Share Bonus Scheme ("DASBS").
Exercise of awards under the DASBS
Following the granting of awards under the DASBS in December 2019, which vested, and were exercised, on 12 December 2022, the directors acquired shares in the Company, sold sufficient shares to meet income tax and national insurance liabilities and retained the balance.
The changes in directors' shareholdings resulting from this transaction are as follows:

Vesting of awards under the 2019 LTIP
The vesting of LTIP awards made in 2019 are measured on a three-year performance period which ended on 30 September 2022. The performance measures were not met which has resulted in zero vesting.
