Planning Application

Scotgold Resources Limited (AIM:SGZ) (the "Company" or "SGZ") is pleased to announce that the Director of Rural Planning and Development at the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park Authority has issued a report recommending approval of the Company's application for the development of Cononish Gold and Silver Mine (2017/0254/MIN - Minerals Cononish Road, Tyndrum, Stirling) at the forthcoming Special Board Meeting ("Hearing"), subject to conditions and the conclusion of an S75 agreement.

As previously announced, arrangements for the Hearing on 27 February to determine the Company's application are as follows:

· Site Visit - 10:15am, Dalrigh Car Park

· Hearing - 13:30pm, Crianlarich Village Hall
