ISSUE OF EQUITY
Scotgold announces that it has issued a further 6,149,275 ordinary shares of no par value at a price of AUD$0.008175 per share (the "New Shares") raising aggregate proceeds of AUD$50,270. Application has been made to the ASX and AIM for admission of the New Shares, and admission to AIM is expected to occur on or around 27 March 2014.
Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company will have a total of 483,889,318 shares in issue. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their significant holding in, or a change to their significant holding in the Company.
