Director/PDMR Shareholding
Following completion of the Company's recent rights issue on 7 October 2015, Scotgold was notified on 12 October 2015, that the directors below had purchased ordinary shares in the Company ("Rights Issue Shares") at a price of AUS$0.013 per share and received one free unlisted option, exercisable at £0.01 on or before 30 September 2017, for every Rights Issue Share purchased ("Options"). Nathaniel Le Roux and Richard Gray's intention to participate in the Rights issue was contained in the prospectus in relation to the Rights Issue, dated 26 August 2015 and the Rights Issue Shares were admitted to trading on AIM on 12 October 2015.
