RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Scotgold Resources Limited announces that effective immediately Adam Davey and Ed Edwards have resigned from the board as a result of a strategic review of the Company and it's current operations.
John Bentley, Chairman, said that "on behalf of the board I would like to thank both Adam and Ed for their important contributions to the foundation and development of Scotgold. As we progress with seeking planning consent for the Cononish mine and continue with exploration of the Company's extensive license areas in the Scottish highlands a reduced board was considered to be more appropriate."
