SEGRO plc (the Company)
SEGRO plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme (Sharesave)
The 2018 Sharesave matured on 1 June 2021 and on 29 November 2021 the following Director and PDMR exercised their options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (Shares) at 497.76 pence per Share.
Full details of the Sharesave can be found in the Company’s 2020 Annual Report and Accounts.
