Sanctuary Group PLC23 March 2005 23rd March 2005 The Sanctuary Group plc Annual General Meeting and Trading Update The Sanctuary Group plc announces that, at its Annual General Meeting heldearlier today, all resolutions proposed to shareholders were approved. During the meeting, Andy Taylor, Executive Chairman, made the followingcomments: "As we reach the half year, we are pleased to note that all our activities, fromrecords through to management, are performing as expected and we are trading inline with our expectations for the full year. Consistent with prior years,shareholders should expect a stronger second half than first half and indeed weanticipate that the disparity between the first and second halves will be moremarked than hitherto.
