Sigma Capital Group PLC13 December 2007 SIGMA CAPITAL GROUP PLC ("the Company") 13 December 2007 ADDITIONAL LISTING The Company announces that application has been made for the admission totrading on AIM of 105,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company("Shares"), pursuant to the exercise of options. Dealings are expected tocommence on 18 December 2007. Upon admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise45,268,935 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold anyshares in treasury. This figure of 45,268,935 ordinary shares may be used byshareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by whichthey will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or achange in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
